The three-servo machine is more intelligent.
The bag length setting is not as restricted as the standard machine. It can set shorter bag length and longer bag length than standard machine.
When the three-servo machine cuts to the product, JAWS can reverse it, and the product will not be stuck at the end seal.
All operations of the three-servo machine are adjusted on the touch screen, no mechanical adjustment is required. The standard machine: product position, knife speed, etc. all need to be mechanically adjusted.
The three-servo machine can have product size storage function. Up to 50 product sizes can be saved. When you pack another size, just call the saved product size directly. No need to reset. The standard machine needs to reset the product parameters when changing the product size.
The speed of the three-servo machine can start from Ibag/min. The speed of the standard machine will start from 40bag/min. This is more helpful when you are unfamiliar with using the machine or when the feed rate is slow.
The cutting precision of the three-servo machine is more accurate. The cutting length can be controlled within 2MM.
